Mothers are humans and their needs matter. Mothers require protected rest, adequate food intake and blocks of sleep in order to function. Our value and worth exists completely independent of our mothering role.

Mother focused care - because the workload doesn’t ease when the first 40 days comes to a close.

The early years of mothering can be pivotal for our health, relationships, work and identity. They often require meaning making, fresh perspectives, greater tools and genuine care.

This is space and guidance for you to create your own internally led mother story. To step into counter-cultural maternal thriving.

Including particular avenues for support for: maternal burnout and postpartum depletion, neurodivergent mothering, single mothering.

I want mothers to emerge from postpartum feeling transformed and alive. Strong and powerful. Open to the completely new parts of themselves that have been revealed in the process of this transition.
